This collection pays tribute to Norma Ratcliffe as the first woman to make wine in South Africa and first winemaker at Warwick Estate. The first wine produced under the Warwick label is this exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s only natural then that this is the estate’s best-known and most popular wine.
Dark fruit and sweet spices are abundant in this Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose of this rare bottle is initially dominated by deep dark fruits, such as blackberry compote and black plums, as well as dark chocolate. On the palate, there are dark berries, dry herbs, cassis, and dark chocolate.
