  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

Purchases

Order Acceptance and Cancellation:

  • All orders placed through our Services are subject to acceptance and availability. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • If we cancel an order, we will notify you via email and provide a refund if payment has already been made.

Pricing and Payments:

  • We strive to display accurate pricing information; however, we may occasionally make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing and availability.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments for orders must be made using the payment methods specified during the checkout process.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy:

  • We will ship the products to the address provided during the order process. Please ensure that the address is accurate and complete.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns of products within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided that the products are unused and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@freshi.co.za.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fresh i Holdings (Pty) Ltd and its licensors.
  • The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both South Africa and foreign countries.

Restrictions:

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fresh i Holdings (Pty) Ltd, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
